Hello friends,
On the internet, there are many studies and articles that support the fact that benzodiazepines may cause brain damages (physiologically and anatomically) after long-term use (Google “benzodiazepines brain damage”).
Do you think that taking e.g. alprazolam (Xanax) of 0.25 mg situationally (2-3 times per month or less) can cause brain damages even extremely minor ones?
Thank you in advance.

Perhaps it's safer to avoid long-term use of benzodiazepines in this case...

Benzos similar to weed inhibit memory formation, over time memory degrades if you dont use it but the altered states of memory were the desired result anyway
Tranquilizers inhibit muscle formation over time and are known to cause heart attacks and other motor dysfunction
Its safe to say memory (brain) inhibitors should treat mental problems and muscle inhibitors should tranquilize moving problems
