Who on Earth would cross a Rottie with a Great Dane? It's a cross that only Beelzebub himself would consider desirable! As he's growing, we're even more convinced he's Dane cross (At 1 time he looked a bit Setter cross Rottie). The shape of his head, his ears, and the way he runs are very Dane-ish.
There's no doubt that he's Part Rottie. Apart from his colouring, he's already very protective - especially of the brats - and very bouncy. And his bark is enough to send any intruder high-tailing it outa town pronto. He's also proving pretty easy to train; again, a Rottie trait. He's actually a lot more intelligent than he looks and can already distinguish his right & left paws.
Having revised our estimate of his age, we reckon he's now about 6 months old. He's already as tall as a large Rottie and, judging by his paws and the amount of loose skin, he's still got quite a bit of growing to do.

Probably not, if they defend the brats they're probably loud a lot of the time.
