Health is wealth. Health is good mind is good. How can we weight loss and live healthy, beautiful, life? This is our effort for all the people of the world.
I want to speak on the topic ‘health is wealth’. In the modern time, where pollution, global warming, and other environmental issues have covered us, the importance of health and fitness has increased to a great extent. We need to be more physically healthy and fit to win the current environmental challenges. It keeps us away from the diseases, infections and other lethal diseases by reducing extra kilos, improving the strength of muscle and bones, increasing immunity level, and maintaining the healthy functioning of our major body organs. It helps us to look better with lots of patience and confidence level.

Is arsenic what are you trying to sell us? If you eat arsenic, you can die and not worry about weight loss! And it's all natural!

I have better ways to lose mass.
Exercise, do not overeat, etc. Half of diets don't work/is dangerous. Just like arsenic (but I hope less dangerous).

Health isn't Wealth, both are different concepts. Mr Jeff Bezos isn't the most healthiest man on this planet. Weight loss could be achieved instantaneously by colonizing Mars. How about we direct our Efforts into creating free energy for the World

Boosting our Health is Not going to Solve pollution, global warming n other environmental issues.

 We need to be more physically healthy and fit to win the current environmental challenges. It keeps us away from the diseases, infections and other lethal diseases by reducing extra kilos, improving the strength of muscle and bones, increasing immunity level, and maintaining the healthy functioning of our major body organs. It helps us to look better with lots of patience and confidence level.
An early morning walk or evening jog in Beijing won't necessarily help in keeping your lungs healthy, it would do more harm than good.
Various drugs & vaccines protect us & help us to maintain healthy functioning of our major n vital body organs.

P.S. - An Apple a day won't necessarily help in keeping your Doctor away, let's concentrate on curing the Epidemic of Old Age n then we could/might spend an Eternity to look good & beautiful.

Can you please explain the mechanism you propose for this. I’ve never see any evidence unless you are suggesting that drinking fluid with a meal reduces food intake by increasing feeling of being full - which is a recognised strategy.

The issue with weight loss, is that often it's not just about getting the weight of. Many people's self esteems are tied up to the numbers on the scales. Beyond that, on a basic level, people just want to feel good, so anything promising a "quick fix" or an "easy fad diet" seems tempting because it gets them to feeling good again and liking what they see in the mirror. But we all know where that leads, weight loss (sometimes) followed by weight gain, sometimes even more than before as the metabolism gets burnt out.

I believe that weight loss should be approached in a two ways, changing the diet AND supporting the emotions. After all, most people are overweight in response to emotional eating. I really do subscribe to having a "diet buddy" someone to talk to when you feel like downing that iced chocolate cake in one go. The diet has to be nutritious and containing all the vitamins and minerals that the body needs, supplementing with green foods to flush the body and cleanse and restore damaged metabolisms.

Oh, and losing weight successfully essentially goes like this > good eating day, good eating day, ridiculously bad eating day, binge eating few days, getting back to good eating ....and repeat. 

The point is to never give up, even after a bad eating episode, I think this is where most people slip up.  Of course exercise is important, I like a simple cardio routine like the one seen here  Not a valid youtube URLto rev the metabolism up. :)
