Magnetic Rocks
« on: 14/09/2022 15:40:01 »
Does anyone know a bit of background information about whether large quantities of magnetic rocks affect the migratory patterns of certain birds in Africa?

The magnetic field of magnetic rocks would be at ground level.

I do not suppose it reaches out to the altitudes the birds fly at.

While the magnetic field of the earth encompasses the whole globe.

P.S. - i could be wrong thou, wait for a consensus in here.

Zero, I believe you are correct.

I'd like to Believe that too!

But i just took a guess, maybe the OP has something further to add.

Maybe Someone else will prove me wrong. It happens often with me.

Eventually, it would be a lesson learnt the hard way.
