Do we have plantable teeth?? Like a seed you insert in your gum per tooth.. And you have a new set of teeth?

I very seriously doubt it. It's an interesting idea and might be possible (or even useful) sometime in the future. The way you speak of it, it would be quite tricky. Since you speak of a "seed" that grows into a tooth, would it be alive? I suppose genetic engineering might allow for a cluster of injectable "seed" cells which are designed to secrete tooth enamel and whatever else is needed. It would have to be designed so that the body doesn't reject it, though.

I have heard that some forms of breast cancer have caused tooth bone to grow within the cancer, which has got researchers interested in the idea of getting stem cells to grow as teeth, but not in the breast but in the gums.  Don't know where the research has got to.
