Should condom companies invest in a truly one-size-fits-all?
« on: 12/04/2022 01:10:00 »
Imagine a condom that is just as snug on a micropenis as it on a macropenis. You may not be aware of it, but when you purchase small-sized condoms, the clerk behind the register is judging you. We can just purchase them online, but obviously, when you need them now, online condom purchasing is useless. There's a good chance that the person packaging your parcel will judge you also. I know a guy who knows a guy that requests his extra-small condoms to be delivered to him in a box with the words NOT EXTRA SMALL CONDOMS stamped all over it.

Preparation is half the battle (Cervantes). By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail (Benjamin Franklin).

When you eventually reach puberty, my friend, you will grow in confidence, order what you need well ahead of any likely requirement, and lose the need to shout about it.

Does the nasty man in the drugstore seem to be judging you? Yes, he's been around a long time and can spot a loser as soon as you walk through the door. Size doesn't matter to him - attitude maketh man.

The market research of the major manufacturers is actually quite sophisticated and their lead products vary by geographic region. You can purchase on-line by size but it isn't always obvious on the retail packaging. Pity, because trial and error can be painful or embarrassing!

Is it true that in an emergency (eg crash-landing in the desert), they can hold a litre of water before bursting?

And keep the sand out of your rifle.  Also very good as emergency lifejackets - most can be inflated to at least 3 liters. Where did you find a liter of water in the desert?

This story is crazy. I think the company doesn't need to invest in such things, but our society must change as far as possible.

On the contrary, if you want to sell a product for people to wear, it must fit the people you have, and humans come in various sizes. Even Mao and Stalin recognised the need for shoe factories to make a range of products. I don't think Hitler's wildest dreams of societal conformity included designing and mandating a standard Aryan penis across the entire globe.

A tiny (5  x 2 cm) condom is made to maintain sterility of the bite block of panoramic dental x-ray machines. The President of Russia has ordered a dozen for personal use: there's nothing wrong with his teeth, but it does explain his politics.
