Does it make sense to shower before you go to bed?
« on: 13/03/2023 22:17:36 »
People either shower before bed or when they wake up. I never understood the former. We sweat when we sleep, plus a shower helps shock us into wake mode. I can understand taking a bath before bed, but to relax your muscles rather than for purpose of hygiene.

It is a courtesy to your partner to wash off the day's accumulated oil, blood, cow dung, chip fat, sawdust, or whatever else you have been working with, before making love. And don't forget to remove your boots and gloves.

Why shower when you wake? People these days are altogether too clean, use too many chemicals and suffer from too many allergies.

More so than trying to shower while you are in bed.
