Quote from: profound on 25/09/2017 11:43:35i have applied it thousands of times to me and family members without any ill effects to boils, pimples, acne, infections.Typically acne & boils resolve themselves without treatment. So you'd need to do a large-population-trial, with a control group to see if applying electric shocks to pustules was beneficial / harmful / neutral. Generally avoid self-assessment as it is unreliable, particularly if the alleged treatment is painful : if someone was applying electric shocks to me until I said I felt better, I would be tempted to say I was improving even if I wasn't.

3 problems here, First, I did not use copper. Three different tests were done using brass ( yes, some possible copper contamination ), stainless steel, and aluminum. I expect to do it again with titanium and platinum.

The results were remarkable. But it turned out not to be the electric field that did the job of killing cells- it was platinum salts produced by electrolysis.http://theconversation.com/happy-50th-anniversary-to-cisplatin-the-drug-that-changed-cancer-treatment-38382What's that quote about people who don't study history and repeating it?
cisplatin is irrelevant.

Killing bacteria with low voltage
Quote from: profound on 30/09/2017 21:49:50Killing bacteria with low voltageDo you understand that cisplatin was originally discovered by someone trying to "Killing bacteria with low voltage"?Someone- doing exactly what the thread title is trying to do- got the wrong answers because of cisplatin; yet you don't think it's relevant. Are you sure you are looking at the right thread?
You are promoting cisplatin. Maybe you have stock options in it.Drugs were not mentioned and suddenly you talk of cisplatin as a cure for cancer.IF CISPLATIN is so WONDERFUL explain all these cancer deaths:-In males, there were around 86,500 cancer deaths in the UK in 2014. In females, there were around 76,900 cancer deaths in the UK in 2014. Every four minutes someone in the UK dies from cancer. Lung, bowel, breast and prostate cancers together accounted for almost half (46%) of all cancer deaths in the UK in 2014.If cisplatin worked you would not get these cancer deaths.
