Title: Do Nightmares Affect The Quality Of Sleep ?
Post by: neilep on 30/07/2020 13:08:11
Dearest Somnambulists,

Do you think it's possible for nightmares to have a detrimental effect on the quality of sleep as opposed to a happy-nice-slumber-filled-fluffy-kitten of a dream ?

Can we assume the said dreams and nightmares do not wake you to interrupt your sleep cycle , so, it's just the quality of the actual sleep i'm enquiring about.

whajafink ?

People with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)suffer from recurrent, intrusive memories which affect their waking and sleeping hours.

That definitely affects their sleep and general health.
