Title: Why are these people coloured blue?

In the "Users Online" section at the bottom of the forum index page, some users' names appear in blue. Why?

At the moment you're blue on mine but the others aren't. I wondered if it signified moderator, but Karen's wasn't blue last time I saw it.

ah, they all look blue to me but yes mine is a darker blue...it signifies "not to be taken seriously", no, i have no idea why mine is darker. this has been mentioned before by Micky and Neil but we dont know.

On some forums depending on what level or type of moderator you are you appear in a different colour. I would say that your name comes up blue because you are a Global Moderator Paul where as Karen is a normal Moderator...........although I don't know what the difference is at all  [;)]

They are actually the same color Blue, but like Daniels if done in Bold not normal entry.. that happens when it is entered I would think! perhaps when he filled out profile he did not stipulate bold or normal print as Normal is thinner lines same color!

They're not the same colour blue on my screen. Most are dark blue but Paul's appears a bright, light blue.

I thought they were black but when I just checked they're a very dark blue.

here too. very dark blue your name is fine line lighter blue looking Daniels is dark bold print!

ooh, you could be right, Kadie. we love the smurfs here and have hundreds of episodes on disc. Gargamel is just ace, and his can Azriel (spell check) cracks me up.

yes. i enjoy the smurfs as well.. i actually got 2 of them for christmas a few years ago... i wonder where they went... i move too much

Actually, being blue indicates the amount of Pictish ancestry a person has in their family tree. Either that or the number of woad dyers in the family wood pile.
