Title: What plants can grow in space?
Post by: Hannah LS on 23/11/2018 15:24:59
Agasthya asks:

We are trying to find a solution to the challenge of taking oxygen to space for astronauts. Oxygen tanks are expensive and heavy. Our solution for this problem is too grow plants in space for oxygen, removal of carbon dioxide, food and so astronauts can get the scenery, smell and beauty of Earth.

We listed down the plants that can grow in space. They are onions, peas, radishes, lettuce, wheat, garlic, cucumbers, parsley, potato, rice, lettuce, red romaine lettuce, cinnamon basil, mizuna lettuce, Chinese cabbage and dill.

We need your suggestion on which plant would be the best to grow in space.
