What would you do if someone approached you and said "My business is all about you."?

I'd say, "How depressing for you, would you care to join the society of busybodies? Have a nice day now."

I would then kick him in the nuts and, like C4M, tell him to P*SS off!

Depends where and in what context.

Random approach in the street? Run away.

In a shop, with smarmy "we're all about customer care" connotations? Walk away.
