Does anyone know of a where to find a laser reactive chemical which will provide a source of igintion when excited?

Thanks,  Brian

LASERs are merely a source of light.  There are certainly chemicals that will ignite or explode when exposed to light, but unless you are talking about a very powerful LASER (in which case, quite a few chemicals will do), otherwise if it is to ignite under weak LASER light, then it is just as likely to ignite under sunlight, so it is stuff you'd better be careful with.  The chemical will not care about the source of light, only its frequency and intensity.
