At what stage of its life cycle is a river that is located near flood plains????

As a tip, can you please try to title your posts in a useful and informative manner.

"HELP" doesn't actually help very much, because it tells readers nothing about what to expect in your post, such as "Rivers and Flood plains", or, even better, phrase the subject as a question "When do rivers make a flood plain ?"
