The latest version of Windows 10 (19551) incorporates a new browser that works well but has introduced a problem to users of Nvidia video cards , it is no longer possible to access the NVIDIA control panel to adjust brightness, contrast ect.
The solution use an old video driver (I use 310.90) although it may not be the best for games fans and ensure it does not automatically updated

Later updates have long since solved this problem

The problem with updates is that they slow down the computer. And in a mobile phone it is clearly visible. For this reason I don't want to update.
