Title: accident
Post by: tweetybama on 08/07/2003 18:19:00
a friend was hospital after being trampled by his horse.  he received crushing blows to his lower back, on both sides.  he is in considerable, and his chart shows a urine output of 70ml in the last 4 hours.  what is this specific symptom called?  what will be required if the renal effects of h8is trauma persist?

Sorry to hear about your mate, sounds nasty.

A bash on the back is the best way to injure your kidneys which sounds likely, in view of the low urine output. Bleeding within the kidneys can block the flow of urine, or if there has been severe internal bleeding (from a ruptured spleen for example) the ensuing low circulating volume can also cause the kidneys to fail.

Give us some more details to work with..scans etc.

It looks like cyrillic script. But god knows what it means.

I think it means Bin Laden is delusional and thinks we can all read his language.  Guess we need to get the FBI or CIA in to investigate.

Much like the inhabitants of Whitechapel and Hammersmith, London, then.
