Dear Milkologists,
As a sheepy, I of course continue to enjoy fizzy pop of all types…..
But why can I not enjoy fizzy milk ?
Look here’s some milk with some very small cows worshipping Full Cream the milk Deity !

Good question. Carbon dioxide is slightly acidic so it mighht curdle the milk.
Anyone got a sodastream?

Thanks BC....I did wonder if there might be curdling effect. Yes, it would be great if someone does have a sodastream to empirically test this for us. Empirical study is something I firmly believe in ewe know !!

Come to think of it I occasionally used to drink mixed milk and cola. Both have to be ice cold or it curdles.

I concur with bored chem.
My mother-in-law can curdle milk just by looking at it, even if it is ice cold.
