how would you define neuroprivacy?
[Q]. how would you define neuroprivacy ?.[A]. A marketing opportunity to scam the mentally ill ...https://www.amazon.com/Brain-Coat-Shielding-your-FilterEMF/dp/B015RYF5SK/
I'd define it as putting screens round the patient's beds in the neurology ward.Other people may define it differently.Unless we have some sort of consensus on the meaning- say a dictionary definition- we obviously are not going to make progress discussing it.However the OP specifically excludes that sort of thing.Perhaps teh OP might like to explain what the purpose of this thread might be.
I have never heard the term "neuroprivacy". Based on the pattern of posts you have produce in the past, I assume it means, "Keeping people from reading your mind".

It just means you are probably poorly informed on the subject.tk
