I am sometimes in pain in my right arm from mice use, my previous trackball broke down. Can you fellows tell me about better mice and track balls?

A mouse like the one http://www.fentek-ind.com/lmvmr3sb.jpg (http://www.fentek-ind.com/lmvmr3sb.jpg) are really the best for Ergonomics. They do take some getting use to though.

Thanks, that would help with carpal tunnel syndrome and RSI.

Just as an FYI. Pain caused from mice use in not normally from the arm movements. The problem comes from moving the wrist only. Another thing that may help is a mouse pad with a wrist rest. The gel ones seem to work well. It might be a good idea to get a doctor to look at it. There may be some damage to the nerves or even the tendons causing the pain.
I sleep with wrist braces on to immobilize my wrist while I sleep. Once I started doing that the mouse did not seem to bother me as much. Keep in mind I am not a doctor in any form. I have no expert knowledge of these issues.
