Title: How are shock waves and blast waves created?

and also what is the effect damage for ..shock wave and plast wave for each of one..

Your question is too unclear to give an answer to. Please rephrase in more detail.

And there's no such thing as a "plast wave."

sorrey i mean.... blast waves.....
here the question again
what is the effect damage for ..shock waves and plast waves for each of one..

Blast waves and shock waves are pretty much identical, blast waves can be called specific shock waves defined as the resulting waves of energy generated from the deposition of a large amount of energy in a fluid.

Think if you threw a stone in a puddle, ripples (waves) would come from the point at which the stone entered the water.

As for sources of such things, anytime you have a sudden release of energy will produce shock waves, including breaking the sound barrier, explosions, lightening etc.

what i read from some web sites that the...
shock waves come from low explosive.
blast waves come from high explosive.
also
shock waves are = speed of sound
blast wave is above speed of sound
is it right..

Blast Wave - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blast_wave
Quote
A blast wave in fluid dynamics is the pressure and flow resulting from the deposition of a large amount of energy in a small very localised volume.

Shock Wave - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shock_wave
Quote
A shock wave is a type of propagating disturbance. Like an ordinary wave, it carries energy and can propagate through a medium (solid, liquid, gas or plasma) or in some cases in the absence of a material medium, through a field such as the electromagnetic field.
