Does temperature of food have an effect on Ghrelin production?
«

I have noticed anecdotally that when I eat something cold after I eat something hot that my hunger pangs stay away longer. The body produces a hormone called Ghrelin that stimulate the body to seek food. I wonder whether the change in food temperature halts the production of Ghrelin.
