And from what else did you want to make it? [:)]
Apart from jokes, hydrogen and oxygen (at the moment) are much more expensive than other ways to get drinkable water (as desalination ecc.)

I mean , can we make it in lab ?

I know , I'm only asking about the ability of making water - in labs - from oxygen and hydrogen ?

Yes you can. A bloke called Cavendish did it a long time ago just to prove that water was made from hydrogen and oxygen.
If you are careful you can burn hydrogen in air and get water; if you are not careful the flame travels bach through the equipment, ignits the rest of the hydrogen and showers you with broken glass.

Get a hydrogen balloon and blow it up. Outside of course.

thank you very much
