My consciousness has the ability of mind over matter, not only in the independent existence of controlling my  body mass, but also my consciousness can command by body to change the Universe  by displacing external matter and creating order to chaos and the randomness of the Universe.

Clearly a lack of understanding,  let me do it simple, my mind is telling my fingers to write this to you, I control the matter and movement.
