I had been using it since the Linux versions were released back at the beginning of December 2009 but I've found there's no way to set a limit on the amount of stuff it caches and that, together with a few other lacking controls i.e. cookie retention etc, I've just dropped it and gone back to a firefox derivative.
I'm currently using chrome on this pc because IE kept crashing. It seems OK but then again, I'm not asking it to do anything complicated. The favourites transfered across OK. The only bit that bugged me was the spell check which defaults to incorrect English, and that's easily fixed.I agree there specially when I had to keep on using my dictionary instead of spellchecking with US English other than UK English.
I've reinstalled Chrome again for a another try and in my opinion on my computer it just does not seem to operate as efficiently as Google says it should. I have retuned to firefox and yet still come across some sites that won't work/display correctly unless IE is used. One thing I do find with Firefox is that quite often...when ewe think it has closed down...it's still running !!...opening up Task Manager and it's still there !!...This happens when ewe restart Firefox and I get the message that it's already running !!..weird eh ?..does anybody else experience that ?

I think it does make a difference if you get chilled. It lowers your system's ability to fight off a virus. But that could be baloney.
I felt under-the-weather anyway. And I was near a friend who hadEat citrus fruits, drink loads of honey & lemon and keep warm.
I've done that and still have a cold, jumpers etc.
Thanks Rosalind....hmmm...I think temperature has little to do with the ability to actually catch a cold !
