New Theories / Oscillant circuits to limit the heating in CPU

To prevent the losses in heating in the transistors inside the CPU at high frequency (or anything else). It is possible to use resonant circuits where the previous transistor changes the LC circuit in serie with the command of the next transistor. The command of each transistor is composed of {Gate-L1-C-Mass}. The inductance L1 is mutual to another inductance L2. The output of the previous transistor control L2. It is more complicate to build but the energy in heating can be 0.
I can increase like I want the frequency, even there is a current inside the LC circuit.
