Odd,

A search of the web indicates an acupuncturist named Ryan Diener in Maryland. 

Being a "Doctor" of something, I doubt he has the time to bother to talk to people in various forums...  I wonder if he has hired an offshore PR company in the Philippines to impersonate himself.
