Men produce male sperms (Y) and female sperms (X). Women produce eggs for male sperms (X1) and eggs for female sperms (X2).
If a male sperm (Y) pairs with a woman male egg (X1), a man with man features produced.
If, a male sperm (Y) pairs with a woman female egg (X2), a man with woman (feminine) features produced.
Similarly, if a man female sperm (X) pairs with a woman female egg (X2), a woman with feminine
features produced.
If a man female sperm (X) pairs with a woman male egg (X1), a woman with man features
produced.
The process of producing any of the above depends on how many male sperms (Y) and female
sperms (X) available and how many males eggs (X1) and female eggs (X2) available at the start of
the process. It can also be due to many other factors including accidental pairing and sperm superiority.

The genome is split when producing eggs or sperm, you get half of your parents dna. Women lack the testicular part of the the genome. Women cannot produce testicular genes and men . This is the very thing that determines sex
The affect of hormones in the womb is thought to 5he most affective factor, it is not thought that it is a genetic trait.

You're talking about not the genome but the world you interact with that I can only assume seems to define you, right?
