Title: Is there any nutritional value in the water used to steam/boil vegetables?
Post by: MeganM on 30/01/2020 16:43:26
Andrew asked on twitter:

After cooking vegetables, the water in the pot is dyed the colour of those vegetables. Would there be significant nutritional value in drinking the water?

Thoughts?
