hello there

If I have a notebook without a VGA output how can I relate it to a datashow what cable I have to use to conserve the best quality of the image 
or is  there any other solution to this?

The output from the projector will be the light it projects.  If it has a VGA input then it will need an analogue input signal.

What outputs do you have on your notebook?  The likely outputs, apart from VGA, which you've already said you haven't got, are DVI-A (analogue), DVI-D (digital), DVI-I (analogue or digital) and HDMI (digital).  If you have a DVI-A/I output then you may only need a converter cable but if you only have DVI-D or HDMI then you'll need a converter to convert the digital signal from your notebook into an analogue signal for the projector.

If you only have HDMI output from your notebook then you will need more than just a converter cable.  A converter cable just has different connectors on each end but they won't be able to convert a digital signal into an analogue one.

After a little bit of digging around, it seems that converting from HDMI digital to analogue isn't practical, partly because of license issues tied to the HDMI technology.

If you have only HDMI output on your notebook (i didnt realise things had changed so much) then short of finding a projector with a HDMI input perhaps you could look for a digital tv in the place you are giving your presentation.  Flatscreen tvs from the last few years tend to have at least one HDMI input port.  It is possible you could find a video-recording device (hard-disc, dvd, blue ray etc) that has a variety of input sources (ie incl HDMI) and a variety of output formats (ie incl VGA) but this seems a stretch.  personally I would copy presentation onto usb drives and borrow a laptop that has the presentation programme you need and a vga output.

It is suprising the high cost of HDMI Scart converters, I have recently purchased a DVD with an HDMI output for £28.00 and a Freeview box with HDMI output for £25.00 so the electronics cost little but no Scart to HDMI converters are available for less than £60.00.

Looks like you're right about no VGA output ...

The 11z includes the standard three USB ports, flash memory reader, headphone/microphone jacks,
 Ethernet, WiFi, and an HDMI output.

Unlike some of the other options, there's no VGA port.

hey there I found 2 solutions

-HDMI/DVI --> HDMI/HDMI-->DVI/VGA

-USB/RS232   if the datashow has an RS232 input

RS232 is a serial I/O interface and I doubt it would have the bandwidth for video.
