I am looking at buying "Elementary Real and Complex Analysis" by Georgi E Shilov. Has anyone else come across this text?

I now have the book and am reading it. The reviews were very good and I can see why.Shilov makes the subject very easy to grasp. Sometimes texts with theorems and proofs can be intimidating. Not this one. For anyone at the stage where they want to get a good grasp  of elementary analysis I would thoroughly recommend it.
