I am returning to college tomorrow and have 2 science courses with lab.
I am required to wear goggles which I have, but they so fog up my glasses that I can't see a thing!
I tried to find goggles that protect the eyes but are exposed to the air at the top for ventilation,(I say them on a tv show,) but have had no luck.
Could someone please tell me where I can find such saftey glasses/goggles?
Last semester I simply took wore them on the top of my head and took my chances, but this semester the TA in charge of the class may not be so lenient.

You should be able to buy safety glasses in a standard DIY/building supplies shop, in the safety section, they are basically large plastic glasses, and if you pay enough (£10 will get you a luxury model) they should be fairly comfortable.

For goodness sake wear the things!
Try googling for "lab specs" or "safety glasses", normally (in the UK, at least..) we wear what are essentially just overspecs... larger than the sort you'd wear for vision and with protection at the sides, but certainly not lacking in ventillation.
Most labware suppliers will stock something, but talk to the person in charge of your lab course. If this is a general problem they ought to have a solution. and if where-ever you are is like the UK in this respect it's THEIR JOB to find you suitable safety protection.

our college had them for sale at subsidised cost, and provided buckets of them for those who didn't have their own.
PLEASE wear them. its better to be a bit fogged up that be blinded. I know sometimes it seems a bit OTT, but lots of people share that opinion and later regret it.
Often people don't bother to wear them when getting vials out of liquid nitrogen tanks. I've received cuts and compression blisters from exploding vials even through gloves and lab coat, so just think what state my face would be in without the plastic goggles.
