Is it even possible to extract the nucleus of the cell without causing any damage to it? Or affecting its movements? Please share your views with us. Thanks!

Animals are cloned by removing the nucleus from one of the animal's cells and moving it to a denucleated egg.  I've seen a video once where they just used a tiny, tiny, pipet and sucked the nucleus right out.
