Suffering is our teacher. It is there to be overcome with compassion and love and by travelling the path to the truth of our true nature. When we stop grasping and accept suffering is the creation of the mind or ego that is resisting our true nature. Then it dissolves and our light shines true for all to see. We are not our pain. To be trap by it is to put it on like a mask that this projects out to others. It then seeks to exist by attaching to the pain and suffering of the world, till in the end you take it on and become it. You see only suffering, feel only suffering. To be free is to see it for what it is, the nature of the mind from where all suffering comes and not our true nature which is not of the analytical egoic mind but is
With a joyful hart
I stand on the edge of nothingness with my arms apart
What is before me as is behind me is neither I nor not I
Do not fall a much as give like the air gives to you hand
With a child's eye you see a universe in a grain of sand
In one moment of essence all time it is neither I nor not I
I sink in love now in to eternal emptiness with a joyful heart
