Title: Viewing the earth, from the moon.

If we lived on the moon, would we see a full, crescent..shaped Earth? ie, would the Earth have phases?

I think we would see the same 28 day cycle of phases as when we view the Moon from the Earth but as the Moon has no rotation relative to the Earth it would always be in the same part of the sky.
