hey there
"2 or 3 hours just before the sunset, I don't have to sleep" this is what I try always to take in mind.
Every time that sleep during this period of the day and when I wake up strange things happen
for the 2 or 3 first seconds of my consciousness, I don’t know what is happening I don’t know if it is day or night, I even loose the sense of place it is really strange it is as if I was in an other world, some headaches and not a very good mood.
What about you ?

I'm not sure the absolute time really matters, for me at least. Sleep outside my normal pattern leaves me a little confused.
