I am a cancer survivor because of CBD. I had breast cancer (stage 4) and i don't know how will I be cured but this friend of mine told me to try the CBD, at first I did not believe because my doctor doesn't allow me to take some cannabis as a medicine and this is a fake medicinal treatment. But I read this <SPAMMY LINK REMOVED> that it really help others that's why I tried it but I did not tell my doctor about it. So I take this for 11 months and it really helps me a lot. I know that others won't believe me but trust me it really does.

Really! Gosh, it cured your cancer, you didn't tell your doctor about it, and you know it was definitely the CBD - and there was me thinking that spam wasn't good for anything...

Evidence definitely can be posted here- if you have any.
For what it's worth cannabis derived drugs are used to help with cancer treatment- specifically in reducing the nausea and vomiting associated with cancer therapy.
The reduction in these side effects means that the anti-cancer drugs can be given at higher doses and that increases the chance of a successful treatment.
But that's not the same as saying "cannabis cures cancer". As far as we can tell, it doesn't.
Also, smoking cannabis- just like smoking tobacco- is a cause of cancer.

I recently saw a video clip of a lady called Joy Smith, who appeared on This Morning and spoke of how CBD and THC "cured" her cancer.

She was, at the time of the "cure" , on conventional chemotherapy.

I am not sure that CBD is good such disease, but I am sure that CBD has many other benefits like reducing anxiety, depression, stress, a sleeping disorder, etc. You may also enjoy the CBD benefits use & can live healthy & strong.

Hello. CBD cannot cure cancer, but it can have anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, anti-epileptic, and anticonvulsant effects. Especially when it comes to cancer, people are often in a lot of fear and pain. CBD can have a positive effect on this. I don't see this as a treatment but as a help for people who are suffering.
