There are many different aspects to them. Were you looking for any information about them in particular?
Wikipedia is a good place to start.

I watched some docus concerning those theories ,including the particular and general theory of relativity , but i do not understand them very well , that's why this thread by the way .
I do realise that i might not get what i am looking for via a thread like this one, i know .
I am gonna try to do some more research on the matter : those theories are highly complex, as complex as quantum physics by the way .
Kind regards

A book I found very helpful was: Richard Wolfson. "Simply Einstein". It might not suit everyone, but if I could have only one book on that topic, this one would be a strong contender.
