What do you think could cause swollen glands in the abdomen and groin and labour-like pains AFTER the menstrual flow has stopped ??

I don't think many people would like to take a guess at this one - I'd suggest going to see a doctor! My pain is always before; afterwards sounds a little strange. Could be something relatively simple, maybe an infection, but whatever it is, it sounds like it needs medical attention.
