Under "classical" rules you can know a configuration absolutely at any point in time, but (a) Heisenberg sensibly points out that you can't, (b) if you don't know the velocities of 3 particles in space, you can't predict anything about them and (c) even if you did and there was nothing else in the space, the 3-body problem still defies an analytic solution.
