To answer the question less obliquely, Astrology is rubbish. There is no scientific justification for it. Even if you know only one word of english, your grasp of english would be good compared to anything you would glean from astrology.

I'm definitely not a believer in astrology,
 but there are apparently associations between the time of year when someone is born and certain personal characteristics ...
