I appear to have early signs of Parkinson's. I can't stop my hands from shaking most of the time. My feet shake like I'm nervous but I can't easily stop them. It just occurred to me to look up the symptoms of Parkinson's and I have a few of them. Please tell me what the earliest of signs are.

One fairly recent finding is that acting out your dreams while you are asleep is an early risk factor for later developing Parkinson's disease.

There are other causes of tremor:  Medication, (or withdrawal therefrom) can cause tremor.
