Just wondering if anyone has experience with Parteks Genomics Suite for analyzing gene arrays. Probably not, but its worth a shot. I'm trying to figure out how to compare gene expression differences.

I am on there and I find it an excellent resource. If you can't find any up specfic about Partek then put a post up on there asking for opinion, you should get some help.

I have never used Parteck, so all I can tell you is what I have heard and that it is good, and user friendly. I think Parteck do a free trial too so you can test it out.
