How do you set up your account so you do not get email notification from threads you are in, I can't seem to find where to do this.

In your profile, notifications, you should be able to uncheck the first option ‘Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic’

I also wanted to ask the same question, we already got notifications, turned off everything except mail, thanks for the answers, very useful information
