Title: Its Impossible! How do you holla hoop?

Its very much impossible. You can't ever do it? Is there something I'm missing?

Ha hula hooping is great fun... on your neck on your arms on your feet and up and down your body... around your waist !

Easy as pie!!
i was a great hula hooper!!!!! Lol!!!

first practice your hip movement.push your hipout and to your right or leftmaking acircular motion asyou push your hips forward and around and out to the left coming round to the back popping your buttocks back and returning to the original starting postion. practice hip movement for an hor or two no hoop... then aadd the hooparound waistpull it forward so the back of hoop is snuggly in the ack waistline and just ass you start your hips give the hoop a hand push start going same direction as your hips. keep practicing and if you are two slow on the swivel the hoop can slip easier. the rythum of hip keeps the hoop up and the push our in circular motion keeps it up waiste high.

I like to put a Hula Hoop on each finger and then eat them off one at a time. I think only the Brit.s will get this.
