"Sorry Bill" says the landlord "because of your behaviour last night you're not welcome here any more"

Although I admire his literature, I have to point out that he was pretty hopeless at digital engineering. "To be or not to be" will only produce a race condition, so it's hardly surprising that Hamlet was confused.
