Title: It is national toffee day.

8/1/09 is national toffee day. I would shout it from the roof tops but my teeth are stuck together. Is there a favourite toffee in your cupboard? I hate the hard stuff but love caramel.

Caramel is the one and only for me....I love it!

But it can get annoying trying to get the stuff out from your teeth!

rinse with warm salt water and brush with toothpaste and warmer water instead of cold... baking soda helps also!

Any takers for treacle toffee as a favourite? I'm also very partial to cinder toffee, but that might just be because making it looks like a mad science experiment.

5th Nov, bonfire, fireworks and treacle toffee. Wonderful!

I like Devon Toffees. I can't remember who makes them, though. They come in gold wrappers.
