People are and enigma and so is the way people act. But when you get to "know someone" you tend to predict how someone is going to behave In other-words yes it is possible to predict behavior and we don't necessarily need a machine do do that, We unconsciously do that everyday in social situations. Still It's kind of odd to think that a computer can do it too.

Who is funding stuff like this? It seems to me that the underlining intentions for use of this technology is dark, other things which are similar are popping up, things like RFID injections and neuron manipulation frequencies and tracker tattoos, It all seems like it's got a BIG BROTHER theme to it yea know.
