Is it true that giraffes don't yawn? I read one article about a graduate student who observed a giraffe for 35 hours, and never once saw it yawn but I'm not sure this is conclusive evidence. This "fact" can be found all over the internet, but I've never found an expert source for this assertion. I have, however, found images that seem to show giraffes yawning, and one from a zoo whose caption says the giraffe in the picture is yawning.
