I think its MicroSoft Dewey. Because this guy who came from Microsoft came to our school and showed us a bit of this.

I bet she recorded some basic vocabulary but the program feeds the words into sentences etc.. I doubt she recored every entry..... I think it is all computer generated...

Dont think thats a bug, some sites have a time limit which prevents multiple messages being posted quickly 1 after another.

In chat maybe the restriction should be disabled but in the rest of the forum like the sciences the replies should be well thought out and constructive. which generally takes more than a few seconds to compile. Basically it prevents serious forum subjects turning into chat.
