There is a point to this story- it just takes a while...

There's a place on the river in Oxford named "Parsons' Pleasure) where, by tradition, the men go swiming. Since the tradition predates speedos (other swimwear is available) they swim naked.
The river is also used by people punting and, again by tradition, the ladies in the punts dismebark and walk round  the area to rejoin the punt further down the river.

According to legend, a party of women punters were unaware of this (or chose to ignore it) and so they came across a group of men without their clothes.
Most of the men covered their "private" parts. One man covered his face.
Afterwards his fellows commented on this and he explained "I don't know about you lot, but I covered up the bit by which I thought they might recognise me. Did you?"

Anyway, why has only one of the dogs portrayed "in flagrante delicto" has his eyes covered over?

Pretty funny! I guess everyone is trying to make a buck, but I guess for a dogs purposes this may work, they do try to make love to dolls.
